Meditation is a powerful tool that can releave many inner bloquages. By focusing my energy on yours, i can push some of your inner bloquages out.

This is also the opportunity to get deeper into the practice and learn some specific mantras that i don't use in group meditation.

Tsendru Tarchin (Tibetan name of Stephane A. Cozzo) has been connected spontunaeously to meditation when he was 5 years old. However, it is only 20 years after that he has been taught the traditionnal way to meditate by a Tibetan monk. Meditation has totally changed the perception of his life ! Even if he has received Buddhist teachings, he decided not to be stuck in tradition and to share his knowledge to a maximum of people in a laic way.

What will you gain from meditation ?
